Tanya Simpson
Since 1998, Tanya has undeniably become the ‘voice’ of 98.7 KISS FM in New York City where she recorded her stations' imaging/promotional liners and ID's.  Pairing her voice alongside greats like the late legendary Frankie Crocker, Barry White and Isaac Hayes, she literally began her voice-over career.  With her friendly and seductive voice, Tanya Simpson is simply doing what she does best!  Presently she is the voice talent for V100 in Los Angeles, and has done similar work for major market stations including WYBC in New Haven, CT; WYLD in New Orleans, LA and WALR in Atlanta, GA to name a few.

Between spending her time in the community, this working mother of two also makes time for charitable events and is currently busy with her new web-based voiceover production company.  Tanya also dreams of one day creating a reality based show for the urban community.  It is clear that Tanya Simpson is well on her way to becoming America’s voice with experience.  You can connect with “Your Weekend Girl” on 98.7 KISS FM every Saturday from 3p – 8p.

She was born in Chicago, Illinois, and is the half sister of rap singer Da Brat, via her father. On July 28th 2005. McCoy became engaged to The Honorable Michael Misick, chief minister of the Turks Caicos Islands.
