Children 8 years and younger are permitted to enter. Send two current pictures [one headshot and one candid photo], of your child with a brief description of your child's personality and talents-no more than 10 sentences please. Include your child's birth date, a copy of his/her birth certificate, your home address and a contact number where you can be reached. Parents must sign a release form for your child to be featured in the magazine. Please note pictures will not be returned. Entry fee is $25.00 and is non-refundable.
